GRIEVE THE ASTRONAUT is a band woven from the thread of a story about a hero...a hero that provides HOPE for the hopeless...
…as children, we are encouraged to embrace our dreams and taught the philosophy that anything is possible. Men, women, boys, girls…we ALL have dreams. For most young children, the dream is being an astronaut. GRIEVE THE ASTRONAUT is a metaphor embracing all of our futures and the plight of the dreamer…shattered dreams…and the idea that hope does exist…that hope rekindles our dreams…
…following the lights towards the fruition of our dreams....putting the future of our happiness in the hands of a child…is it no surprise that the melodies of the artist heal and provide hope to a million hands?
…each of us has our own journey, our own mystic rhythm…sometimes the story becomes the path through the red door to nowhere…the astronaut is the hero that walks through that door and sacrifices his dreams for the rest of us. We grieve his sacrifice, but, rejoice in the rekindling of our dreams…
